Our Verdict
For merchants struggling with complex international returns and seeking to optimize the returns process, Return Helper: Return Centre appears to be the stronger choice, offering global reach, automation, and customization. However, merchants prioritizing revenue generation through upsells and building customer loyalty by offering protection against damage should seriously consider SureBright Product Protection. The choice depends entirely on the merchant's specific needs: one streamlines existing returns, the other minimizes potential returns and adds a revenue stream. SureBright's higher review count suggests it may have broader appeal or a longer market presence.
