Our Verdict
For merchants whose *sole* or *primary* goal is to amass a large number of product reviews quickly and easily, ReviewsYard — Product Reviews is the better choice. Its focus on automated email requests, in-email forms, and incentives makes it efficient for collecting reviews. However, for D2C brands prioritizing the *overall customer experience* after purchase, aiming to build customer loyalty, and reduce support tickets related to order inquiries, Shipway Order Tracking offers a more comprehensive solution. While Shipway may not generate as many reviews as quickly, it offers a wider range of features that contribute to a more positive and engaging post-purchase journey, making it a worthwhile investment in the long run.
