Our Verdict
For merchants who are just starting out or need to collect specific product reviews and directly improve their product offerings based on customer feedback, ReviewsYard is likely the better choice. Its focus on automation and incentives streamlines the review collection process. However, if a merchant already has a strong online presence with numerous testimonials on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Yelp, and simply wants an easy way to showcase those reviews on their Shopify store, TestimonialHub is the more efficient and cost-effective option. The deciding factor is whether you need to actively collect reviews or simply display existing ones.
