Our Verdict
For Shopify Plus merchants or those needing extensive order editing and upselling capabilities, Revize: Order Editing & Upsell is the clear choice. Its comprehensive feature set, proven track record (based on reviews), and focus on enterprise-grade functionality make it suitable for complex order management workflows. However, for smaller businesses or those primarily concerned with simplifying cancellation and reorder processes and reducing customer support workload without the need for extensive editing options, T: Order Cancellable & Reorder could be a suitable alternative, provided its lack of reviews isn't a major concern. The absence of reviews for T: Order Cancellable & Reorder makes its reliability and effectiveness difficult to assess, making Revize a safer option based on available data.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to use?
T: Order Cancellable & Reorder is likely easier to use due to its more limited feature set, while Revize: Order Editing & Upsell may have a steeper learning curve given its extensive capabilities.
Which app is better for increasing Average Order Value (AOV)?
Revize: Order Editing & Upsell is better positioned for increasing AOV due to its order page and email upsell features, alongside the ability for customers to add products to their existing orders before shipping.
Which app is better for reducing customer support tickets?
Both apps aim to reduce customer support tickets through self-service order management. However, Revize's broader range of editing options (address changes, quantity adjustments, etc.) gives customers more control, potentially resolving more issues without needing to contact support. T: Order Cancellable & Reorder will only address cancellation/reorder requests.
Which app is better for merchants with subscription products?
Revize: Order Editing & Upsell specifically supports subscription order editing, whereas T: Order Cancellable & Reorder does not explicitly mention subscription support.
What risks are there in choosing T: Order Cancellable & Reorder?
The primary risk in choosing T: Order Cancellable & Reorder is the complete lack of reviews. This makes it difficult to gauge the app's reliability, effectiveness, and customer support quality. Revize has user validation, lending more confidence.
