Revize: Order Editing & Upsell vs TrackingMore Order Trackingfor Shopify (2026)
Revize: Order Editing & Upsell and TrackingMore Order Tracking both address order-related issues, but target distinct stages of the post-purchase experience. Revize focuses on empowering customers to self-manage their orders before fulfillment, reducing support tickets and potentially increasing Average Order Value (AOV) through upsells and product swaps. It appeals to merchants seeking to provide a premium, flexible order management experience, particularly those with high-volume or complex orders (e.g., subscription services) and those using Shopify Plus. TrackingMore, conversely, concentrates on post-fulfillment order tracking and communication, aiming to reduce "Where Is My Order?" (WISMO) inquiries, build customer trust through branded tracking pages, and drive repeat purchases through product recommendations. It’s particularly useful for merchants handling a large volume of shipments, including dropshippers, who need efficient tracking and proactive exception management.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with reducing pre-shipment support requests, offering order flexibility, and potentially increasing AOV through order modification, Revize: Order Editing & Upsell is the stronger choice. Its focus on customer empowerment and order self-management provides a valuable service, especially for stores on Shopify Plus dealing with complex orders. Conversely, if the main priority is managing customer expectations post-purchase, minimizing WISMO calls, and optimizing shipping logistics, TrackingMore Order Tracking is the superior option. Its branded tracking pages, automated notifications, and analytics dashboard provide comprehensive visibility into the shipping process, particularly beneficial for dropshippers.
