Revize: Order Editing & Upsell vs Webkul Order Managementfor Shopify (2026)
Revize: Order Editing & Upsell and Webkul Order Management both aim to enhance the post-purchase experience on Shopify, but they approach the problem from different angles and target different merchant tiers. Its features cater to a wide range of edits, including address, variant, quantity, and product changes, as well as subscription order management and order cancellation. Our Verdict
Revize: Order Editing & Upsell is the clear winner for larger Shopify stores, especially those on Shopify Plus or experiencing high order volumes. Its comprehensive feature set, focus on self-service order editing, and integrations make it a powerful tool for reducing support tickets, boosting average order value (AOV), and building customer loyalty. The higher rating and significantly greater number of reviews also suggest a more reliable and well-supported app.
Webkul Order Management may be suitable for smaller stores with less complex order management needs. If the primary goal is simply to offer basic RMA request functionality and allow customers to reorder previous purchases, Webkul could provide a more straightforward and potentially more affordable solution. However, the low review count raises questions about its maturity and reliability compared to Revize.
Common Questions
Which app is better for reducing customer support tickets?

Which app is easier to set up and use?
Based on the feature sets, Webkul is likely easier to set up and use due to its simpler functionality. Revize, while more powerful, may require more configuration to fully leverage its capabilities.
Which app is better for upselling?
Revize offers explicit upselling features through order pages and email promotions. Webkul's reordering with a discount is a form of incentivized repurchase, but not a direct upselling mechanism.
Which app offers better integration capabilities?
Revize explicitly mentions 100+ integrations and Shopify Markets support, indicating a wider range of compatibility with other Shopify apps and services. Webkul does not provide specific integration details.
