Our Verdict
For merchants heavily impacted by COD fraud and seeking explicit fraud prevention features like customer blacklisting, RI Cash On Delivery might be worth exploring, despite the lack of reviews. However, given the absence of social proof and the availability of RUBIX Cash on Delivery:COD Fee, the latter presents a significantly less risky option. RUBIX, with its perfect rating and focus on ease of use and customization, would be the preferred choice for most merchants looking to manage COD payments effectively without sacrificing user experience and page speed. It's the safer bet for merchants looking for a robust and well-regarded solution. If fraudulent COD orders are not a huge issue, RUBIX seems the better overall app for flexibility and user satisfaction.
