Our Verdict
Based on the available data, Ricemill | Fulfilment is likely the better choice for Australian merchants seeking a streamlined solution for fulfilling orders via Australia Post MyPost, eParcel & Sendle. Its high rating and positive reviews suggest a reliable and user-friendly experience. The explicit mention of a 5-minute setup is also very appealing.
Shiprocket Engage – Reduce RTO, with its significantly lower rating, should only be considered by merchants specifically struggling with high RTO rates and who are willing to experiment with automated WhatsApp messaging despite potentially negative user feedback. It is important to investigate the reasons behind the poor rating before adopting this app. If addressing RTO is your main concern, and you're not based in Australia specifically and want to try a WhatsApp based solution, it might be worth exploring alternatives to Shiprocket Engage.
