Ricemill | Fulfilment vs Webshippyfor Shopify (2026)
Ricemill | Fulfilment and Webshippy offer distinctly different approaches to Shopify store fulfillment. Ricemill targets Australian merchants by integrating directly with Australia Post MyPost, eParcel, and Sendle, enabling them to compare rates, print labels, and automate fulfillment processes within those services. Its focus is on streamlining in-house fulfillment operations, particularly label printing and shipment tracking, aiming for ease of use with a '5 minutes setup'. Webshippy, on the other hand, positions itself as a complete outsourcing solution for e-commerce logistics in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). It boasts an Amazon-quality robotic fulfillment center in Hungary, offering 1-2 business day delivery to European customers and syncing orders, products, and inventory levels. Its value proposition lies in alleviating the burden of logistics altogether, allowing merchants to focus on other aspects of their business. The apps differ significantly in their target markets, fulfillment strategies, and feature sets. Ricemill empowers Australian merchants to manage their own shipping via supported carriers, providing tools for cost comparison and label generation. Webshippy caters to merchants looking to fully outsource their logistics to a CEE-based fulfillment center with a focus on speed and coverage in the European market. While Ricemill offers label customization and split order support, Webshippy emphasizes continuous inventory synchronization and multiple delivery services, reflecting its role as a complete fulfillment provider.

Our Verdict
Ricemill | Fulfilment is ideal for Australian Shopify merchants who want to maintain control over their shipping process, leverage existing relationships with Australia Post, eParcel and Sendle, and streamline their fulfillment operations within Australia. The high rating and positive reviews suggest a reliable and user-friendly experience for this target audience.
Webshippy is a better fit for Shopify merchants who want to completely outsource their fulfillment logistics, particularly those targeting the European market and seeking fast delivery times. While the lack of reviews is a concern, its robotic fulfillment center and focus on the CEE market may appeal to merchants prioritizing scalability and geographic expansion. Consider Webshippy only if you are comfortable with a zero-review app and need its specific geographic coverage and fulfillment model.
