Our Verdict
For merchants heavily reliant on Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, Risksumo — Prevent COD Fraud is the more targeted and appropriate solution. Its focus on COD-specific fraud, combined with its clear risk level explanations, provides actionable insights for managing COD orders. However, given the very limited number of reviews, merchants should proceed with caution and carefully monitor the app's performance. For merchants primarily concerned with credit card fraud and chargebacks, Subuno offers a broader, more customizable fraud prevention platform with more user reviews. Its integration capabilities and manual review tools make it a comprehensive option for managing credit card related risks.
