Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on maximizing customer loyalty and referrals with a highly customizable solution and strong integrations, Rivo is the superior choice. Its dedication to continuous updates (shipping every week) and a dedicated customer success team focused on driving retention metrics, coupled with its developer toolkit, positions it as the more powerful, albeit possibly more complex, option. However, if your business model revolves around subscriptions, memberships, and recurring boxes, Subi is the better fit. Its all-in-one approach to subscriptions and loyalty, combined with ease of setup and subscriber self-service features, simplifies the management of recurring revenue streams. Subi is the preferred solution for stores starting their journey in subscriptions.
Ultimately, the choice hinges on the merchant's core business model and their strategic focus: Rivo for advanced, customizable loyalty programs or Subi for streamlined subscription management and basic loyalty integration.
