Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants aiming to bolster trust and drive sales by leveraging customer reviews and rewarding customer loyalty, Rivyo is the clear choice. Its review import capabilities and loyalty program features provide a comprehensive solution for building a positive brand image and fostering customer retention. However, if the primary goal is to create a dedicated mobile shopping experience for iOS and Android users, Shopney is the superior option. The no-code approach and focus on mobile engagement through push notifications offer a streamlined path to mobile commerce. Merchants might consider using both apps if they want to have both a robust review and loyalty program and a streamlined mobile app experience.
