Our Verdict
Roasterly: Roasting Schedules is the clear choice for coffee roasters looking to optimize their production processes. Its focus on simplifying roasting schedules, reducing waste, and providing detailed reports makes it a valuable tool for small and growing roasteries. The positive, albeit limited, reviews suggest a satisfying user experience. VoidAuth, while potentially useful for merchants experiencing issues with credit card authorizations, lacks any reviews or ratings, making it a riskier option. Only merchants actively struggling with authorization problems and using Shopify Payments should consider it, and even then, caution and thorough testing are advised. Given the current data, Roasterly appears to be the more reliable and targeted solution for its intended audience.
