Our Verdict
Choosing between RocketPush and ZigChat depends heavily on a merchant's specific needs and risk tolerance. For merchants primarily focused on WhatsApp and Web Push communication, and prioritizing a proven track record (however limited), RocketPush is the safer choice. However, for merchants seeking a complete omnichannel solution with robust automation and analytics across multiple platforms, and who are willing to take a chance on an unproven app, ZigChat's feature set appears more compelling. Merchants considering ZigChat should carefully evaluate its pricing and support options given the lack of user reviews.
