Rockit Discounts & Sales App vs Singleton | Verify Customersfor Shopify (2026)
Rockit Discounts & Sales App and Singleton | Verify Customers, while both in the 'Pricing' category on Shopify, cater to vastly different needs. Rockit Discounts & Sales App focuses on driving sales through discounts, flash sales, and urgency-inducing elements like countdown timers and sale badges. It provides merchants with tools for bulk price editing, discount scheduling, and targeted promotions across products, collections, and variants. Singleton | Verify Customers, on the other hand, prioritizes controlling customer access to pricing and purchasing. It allows merchants to verify registered customers and restrict access to prices and 'add to cart' buttons for those not approved, adding an extra layer of security and exclusivity. Rockit's strength lies in its comprehensive suite of promotional tools and ease of use for creating sales campaigns. It appeals to merchants looking to boost revenue through strategic discounting. Singleton's strength is its ability to create a gated shopping experience, suitable for wholesale businesses, membership-based models, or those selling sensitive products. The choice between the two depends entirely on whether the merchant's priority is increasing sales volume or controlling customer access and visibility of prices.

Our Verdict
If the merchant's primary goal is to increase sales and generate revenue through various discount strategies and promotional campaigns, Rockit Discounts & Sales App is the clear choice. It offers a wide range of features for scheduling sales, applying discounts, and creating urgency to drive conversions. However, if the merchant needs to control access to their products and pricing, particularly for B2B, membership, or sensitive product sales, Singleton | Verify Customers is the superior option. It provides the necessary tools to verify customers, restrict access, and manage customer registration effectively.
Ultimately, these apps solve completely different problems for different types of businesses. A high-volume online retailer would benefit greatly from Rockit's feature set, whereas a merchant with custom pricing arrangements or needing to verify buyers would find Singleton a better fit.
