Our Verdict
The choice between RP ProMap ‑ Store Locator and Zonos Duty and Tax hinges entirely on a merchant's specific business needs. RP ProMap is ideal for businesses with brick-and-mortar locations seeking to drive online customers to their physical stores or to promote their stockists. Zonos Duty and Tax, conversely, is indispensable for e-commerce businesses selling internationally, particularly those seeking to streamline cross-border sales, avoid unexpected fees for customers, and simplify complex tax compliance requirements. For businesses operating solely within a single country without physical locations, Zonos Duty and Tax offers much more value. If the merchant is already using Zonos with their own carrier account, it is possible they do not need this app.
