Our Verdict
If you sell products where customers are hesitant to buy without trying (e.g., makeup, supplements), Sample Products is the clear winner. Its focus on free samples perfectly addresses this need. However, if you want to offer free full-size products, BOGO deals, or generally reward customers based on cart value across a wider product range, Sales Motivator is the more flexible option. While Sample Products has a perfect 5-star rating, its significantly lower number of reviews (7 vs. 148) compared to Sales Motivator suggests a newer or less widely adopted app. Sales Motivator, with its larger user base and slightly lower but still strong rating, might represent a more established solution.
