Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a complete solution to build customer loyalty, SC Loyalty Rewards is the more appropriate choice, assuming its features are comprehensive enough for the business' needs. The higher number of reviews, despite the lower rating, suggests a more established user base and potentially more robust functionality. However, merchants struggling specifically with draft order payment inefficiencies will find Yagi Draft Order Lister to be a more targeted and potentially impactful solution. While the review count is low, the perfect rating suggests that those who use it are very satisfied. The tagging feature on viewed draft orders provides valuable insights for follow-up. Ultimately, the right choice depends on the specific problems a merchant needs to solve.
