Our Verdict
ScrollEase | Scroll To Top is the safer bet for merchants prioritizing simplicity, ease of use, and a quick win. Its perfect rating and existing user base suggest a reliable solution for a specific navigation problem. The 'What You See Is What You Get' designer is attractive. Sticky Toolbar, while potentially more powerful, carries more risk due to its lack of reviews. It is only recommended for merchants who are prepared to take a chance on a new app and require the more comprehensive navigation features of a sticky toolbar. If a merchant needs multiple CTAs available at all times, and customization is critical, then the lack of reviews is the only hurdle to Sticky Toolbar. However, if a simple scroll to top functionality is the need, ScrollEase is the clear choice.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
ScrollEase | Scroll To Top claims to be easy to set up with no coding required, suggesting a simpler installation process than Sticky Toolbar, which requires designing a custom toolbar.
Which app is more customizable?
Sticky Toolbar likely offers greater customization overall, allowing merchants to design a full toolbar with multiple elements. ScrollEase | Scroll To Top focuses on customization of the scroll-to-top button itself.
Which app is more reliable?
Based on current data, ScrollEase | Scroll To Top is likely more reliable due to its 5-star rating and 16 reviews. Sticky Toolbar has no reviews, making its reliability unknown.
What type of navigation problem does each app solve?
ScrollEase | Scroll To Top specifically addresses the problem of users having to scroll back to the top of a long page. Sticky Toolbar aims to solve the broader problem of providing immediate access to important functions and website sections, regardless of where a customer is on the page.
If I want to improve my mobile user experience, which app should I choose?
Both apps *could* improve the mobile experience. ScrollEase helps mobile users quickly return to the top of a page on smaller screens. The right choice depends on what the merchant considers most important for the user experience (faster page traversal, or ease of access to functions).
