SE Wishlist Engine vs WC Wishlist Clubfor Shopify (2026)
Both SE Wishlist Engine and WC Wishlist Club are popular Shopify apps in 2026, sharing a 4.9/5 rating and focusing on customer loyalty, wishlists, and stock alerts. SE Wishlist Engine seems to be positioned as a comprehensive solution offering features like wishlist reminders, auto-email sending, price drops, restock & low-stock alerts, and guest wishlists. This positions it for merchants seeking an all-in-one wishlist and retention engine. WC Wishlist Club, while having similar core functionality, lacks feature details in its provided information, making it difficult to ascertain differentiators based on features alone. A key difference lies in the review count, with SE Wishlist Engine boasting 249 reviews compared to WC Wishlist Club's 140. This higher review count might indicate a larger user base and/or a longer market presence. Both apps enable customers to save favorite items and aim to increase sales by converting wishlist products. However, SE Wishlist Engine explicitly highlights reporting features showcasing popular wishlist products and the ability to identify who saved them, enabling targeted marketing efforts. The lack of feature specifics for WC Wishlist Club leaves the depth of its analytics unknown.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a robust, data-driven wishlist solution with features like automated email alerts, price drop notifications, and comprehensive analytics to identify popular products and target interested customers, SE Wishlist Engine appears to be the stronger choice. Its higher review count and explicitly mentioned reporting features suggest a more mature and feature-rich app.
On the other hand, WC Wishlist Club might be suitable for merchants prioritizing simplicity and a straightforward wishlist functionality, especially if the feature set aligns with basic needs. Without more detailed information about WC Wishlist Club's offerings, SE Wishlist Engine provides a more transparent and compelling feature set.
