Our Verdict
The choice between Segments Analytics and SupaEasy hinges entirely on the merchant's primary needs. Segments Analytics is the clear choice for merchants focused on data-driven marketing and looking to improve campaign performance through advanced customer segmentation. Its AI-powered features and pre-built integrations make it a powerful tool for marketers of all levels. SupaEasy is best suited for Shopify merchants (especially those on Plus, or were using Shopify Scripts) requiring advanced checkout customization. It empowers merchants to create and manage complex checkout logic without writing code, particularly crucial with the sunsetting of Scripts. While both apps offer value and ease of use, their target audiences and core functionalities are mutually exclusive. For merchants who have no checkout customizations but want better marketing segments, Segments is the app to choose. For merchants with checkout customizations or those planning to migrate from Scripts, SupaEasy is recommended.
