Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive email marketing solution with automation, AI capabilities, and dedicated support, Seguno Email Marketing is the stronger choice. Its deep Shopify integration, pre-built automation series, and deliverability assistance offer a significant advantage for driving sales and nurturing customer relationships through email. However, if a merchant's primary goal is simply to grow their email list and capture leads via simple forms and pop-ups, Shopify Forms provides a streamlined, integrated solution that leverages the Shopify user base. It is a more basic, but tightly integrated offering for preliminary lead generation.
