SelfServe: Order Edits Upsells vs Yagi Address Edit Helperfor Shopify (2026)
SelfServe: Order Edits Upsells and Yagi Address Edit Helper both address the issue of order editing, but target different needs and scales of Shopify merchants. Yagi Address Edit Helper focuses narrowly on allowing customers to update their shipping address directly from the order status or account page. Its strength lies in simplicity and ease of use, targeting merchants who primarily want to reduce support tickets related to address changes. Our Verdict
For smaller merchants or those primarily struggling with address change requests, Yagi Address Edit Helper provides a straightforward and well-reviewed solution. Its ease of implementation and focused functionality are likely appealing. SelfServe: Order Edits Upsells is better suited for larger merchants or those experiencing a broader range of order editing issues and looking to capitalize on upsell opportunities. However, the lack of reviews for SelfServe makes it a riskier choice until some user feedback is available. Merchants considering SelfServe should carefully weigh the broader feature set against the absence of social proof.
