Our Verdict
For Australian merchants who exclusively use, or primarily use, Australia Post's MyPost Business or eParcel services, SellerDash: AusPost Shipping is the better choice. Its tailored features for Australia Post provide efficiency and cost savings. However, for businesses that require a wider range of carrier options, customizable branding for tracking and returns, and a scalable platform for growth, Sendcloud offers a more comprehensive solution. Businesses should consider their carrier needs, growth plans, and desire for branding when making their selection. Sendcloud, while having a slightly lower rating, has significantly more reviews, suggesting broader adoption and potentially a larger user base.
