Selling Point vs Woflow Connectorfor Shopify (2026)
Selling Point and Woflow Connector are both Shopify apps aiming to ease the transition of store data to the Shopify platform, but they differ significantly in their scope, target audience, and current standing. Selling Point focuses specifically on migrating gift cards and store credit from various sources, positioning itself as a user-friendly solution for merchants looking to quickly transfer these assets without developer assistance. It emphasizes self-service migration and boasts an established user base with positive reviews. Woflow Connector, on the other hand, presents itself as a more comprehensive data migration tool, handling catalog, inventory, orders, and gift cards. However, it's notably lacking in user reviews and is explicitly linked to a "POS Partner Launch Service," suggesting it's intended for a more involved, potentially assisted onboarding process rather than a self-service solution. Its broader feature set implies a focus on larger or more complex migrations. The fact that it's tied to a POS partner suggests it may be less suitable for merchants simply looking for a quick gift card migration solution.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with migrating gift cards and store credit quickly and affordably, Selling Point is the clear choice. Its focus on this specific need, combined with its positive user reviews, suggests a reliable and user-friendly experience. The DIY-focused approach empowers merchants to take control of the migration process.
Woflow Connector is more suitable for merchants undertaking a complete store migration, particularly those working with a POS partner. While its broader feature set is appealing, the lack of reviews and association with a partner service suggest it might involve a more complex and potentially costly onboarding process. Until it gains traction with independent merchant reviews, it remains a riskier choice outside its intended partner ecosystem.
