Selling Point vs Zoko: WhatsApp CRMfor Shopify (2026)
Selling Point and Zoko: WhatsApp CRM target entirely different areas of Shopify merchant operations. Selling Point focuses on simplifying the migration of gift cards and store credits from other platforms or physical cards into Shopify. Its strength lies in offering a cost-effective and time-saving alternative to manual data entry or custom development for merchants switching to or consolidating on Shopify. Zoko: WhatsApp CRM, on the other hand, concentrates on customer relationship management through WhatsApp, enabling businesses to engage with customers directly via a popular messaging platform. While both apps aim to improve a merchant's business, they tackle very different problems. Selling Point is a highly specialized tool for a specific migration need, offering a direct value proposition of saving time and money during the onboarding phase of a Shopify store or when transitioning from a different platform. Zoko provides a broader solution for customer engagement and support, fitting into a more ongoing, customer-centric strategy. The choice between the two will depend heavily on the merchant's specific challenges and priorities, not their rating or review count.

Our Verdict
Selling Point is a clear winner for merchants specifically needing to migrate gift cards and store credits. If this is a crucial requirement, the app's focus and high rating (though lower review count) suggest it's a well-regarded solution for that niche problem. It streamlines a potentially complex process, saving time and development costs.
However, if a merchant's primary goal is to improve customer engagement and sales through WhatsApp, Zoko: WhatsApp CRM is the more suitable choice. Its lower, yet still high rating with significantly more reviews indicates a larger user base and broader application. While it may require more setup and integration, it offers a more comprehensive solution for customer relationship management via WhatsApp. The apps do not overlap, merchants should choose according to their needs.
