Sendcloud vs Track123 Order Trackingfor Shopify (2026)
Sendcloud and Track123 Order Tracking both enhance the post-purchase shipping experience, but they cater to different needs. Sendcloud positions itself as a comprehensive shipping solution for growing businesses, focusing on automating the entire shipping workflow from checkout to returns. It boasts integration with a vast network of carriers (160+) and offers customizable delivery options. Track123 Order Tracking, on the other hand, specializes in improving order tracking visibility and driving sales. It emphasizes branded tracking pages, AI-powered product recommendations, and reducing 'Where Is My Order?' (WISMO) tickets. While both offer order tracking, Sendcloud is geared towards operational efficiency, whereas Track123 focuses on customer engagement and sales optimization. Sendcloud appears to be more suitable for merchants handling significant shipping volume and requiring robust shipping management features, including label printing and returns processing. Its strength lies in streamlining the logistics side of e-commerce. Track123 targets merchants wanting to improve the post-purchase customer experience through interactive tracking and targeted product recommendations. The higher review count and rating suggest stronger user satisfaction or a broader appeal, possibly due to its focus on addressing a pain point (WISMO) common to many online retailers. Track123's dropshipping mode caters to a niche segment not explicitly addressed by Sendcloud.

Our Verdict
If you're primarily concerned with streamlining your shipping operations, automating tasks like label printing and returns, and managing a high volume of shipments across multiple carriers, Sendcloud is the better choice. It provides a comprehensive solution for end-to-end shipping management. However, if your focus is on enhancing the customer experience after the purchase, reducing WISMO inquiries, and leveraging order tracking to drive repeat sales through targeted product recommendations and branded tracking pages, Track123 Order Tracking is the superior option. Its emphasis on customer engagement and data-driven insights makes it a powerful tool for boosting post-purchase loyalty.
Track123's higher rating and significantly greater number of reviews suggest a stronger consensus among users that it effectively addresses their needs, particularly regarding customer communication and sales generation. For dropshipping stores, Track123's ability to hide China-specific information provides a unique advantage. Therefore, unless you require full shipping workflow automation, Track123 is likely to provide more immediate value for most Shopify merchants.
