SexyLiving: Adult Dropshipping vs SparkLayer B2B & Wholesalefor Shopify (2026)
SexyLiving: Adult Dropshipping and SparkLayer B2B & Wholesale are both Shopify apps in the 'Sourcing options' and 'Wholesale' categories, but cater to vastly different segments. SexyLiving targets merchants looking to easily enter the adult wellness product dropshipping market. Its strength lies in automated order processing, discreet shipping, and no inventory management, simplifying the process of selling adult products online. In contrast, SparkLayer focuses on empowering existing Shopify stores to function as comprehensive B2B and wholesale platforms. SparkLayer provides a wide array of features like B2B pricing, quoting, invoicing, and quantity-based discounts. Its strength is in transforming a standard B2C store into one that can handle complex B2B transactions. This caters to established businesses looking to expand into or optimize their wholesale operations. While both address 'sourcing options' (SexyLiving by providing the source, SparkLayer by facilitating wholesale transactions), their approaches and target audiences are fundamentally different. SparkLayer also caters to merchants who want to blend B2C and B2B from a single storefront. The substantial difference in review counts (6 vs. 272) suggests SparkLayer has a much larger user base and more established presence within the Shopify ecosystem. The slightly lower rating for SparkLayer, while still high, might reflect the increased complexity of the B2B space and the wider range of features, which may lead to more varied user experiences.
