Our Verdict
The choice between ShipAware and TFM Express hinges entirely on whether the merchant is a TFM system user. If a merchant utilizes TFM, TFM Express provides essential direct integration benefits. However, for all other Shopify merchants seeking comprehensive shipping management, proactive alerts, and automated customer communication, ShipAware is the clear choice. ShipAware provides value through wider compatibility, proactive problem detection, and improved customer experience, making it a more valuable app for the general Shopify merchant. TFM Express is only suitable for those already locked into the TFM ecosystem.
