Our Verdict
The choice between Navidium and Skio Subscriptions depends entirely on the merchant's primary need. If the goal is to manage shipping protection, generate extra profit from it, and maintain direct control over the process, Navidium is the clear winner. If the business relies heavily on subscriptions and is struggling with churn, customer support tickets related to subscriptions, or a subpar subscription experience, then Skio Subscriptions is the better choice. A merchant could potentially use both, as they address distinct aspects of the customer journey and business operations, Navidium protecting shipments and Skio driving subscription LTV.
