Shipping Protection ‑ Navidium vs Zoorix: Bundles & Cross Sellfor Shopify (2026)
Shipping Protection ‑ Navidium and Zoorix: Bundles & Cross Sell both aim to increase revenue for Shopify merchants, but they approach this goal from very different angles. Navidium focuses on allowing merchants to self-manage shipping protection, keeping the revenue generated from protection fees. It positions itself as a way to increase profitability and conversion rates by offering shipping protection options. Zoorix, on the other hand, concentrates on boosting Average Order Value (AOV) through volume discounts, bundles, cross-selling, and tiered pricing strategies. Navidium caters to merchants who want more control over their shipping protection and are comfortable managing claims in-house. It's particularly appealing to those seeking to generate additional profit streams through shipping protection fees. Zoorix is geared toward merchants who want to leverage discounting and bundling strategies to incentivize larger purchases and increase AOV. Its AI-powered cross-selling features also aim to enhance product discovery and drive sales. Both apps integrate with other popular Shopify apps but target distinct areas of the sales process. The choice depends on whether the merchant prioritizes reducing shipping losses and generating shipping protection revenue (Navidium) or increasing AOV through strategic discounting and bundling (Zoorix).
