Shiprocket Engage ‑ Reduce RTO vs vFulfill ‑ COD Dropshippingfor Shopify (2026)
Shiprocket Engage - Reduce RTO and vFulfill - COD Dropshipping are both Shopify apps in the 'Shipping solutions - Other' category, but they target different needs and have significantly different user ratings. Shiprocket Engage focuses on reducing Return to Origin (RTO) losses through automated WhatsApp messaging and order management tools like address verification and COD to prepaid conversion. Its strength lies in streamlining communication and potentially saving money on failed deliveries. In contrast, vFulfill - COD Dropshipping, judging by its name, likely caters specifically to merchants using a Cash on Delivery (COD) dropshipping model and appears to prioritize fulfillment. The biggest difference between the two is the user experience. Shiprocket Engage has a very low rating of 1.6/5 with only 4 reviews, suggesting potentially significant issues with functionality, support, or overall value. On the other hand, vFulfill - COD Dropshipping boasts a perfect 5/5 rating with 15 reviews, indicating high user satisfaction, although a sample size of 15 may not be fully representative. While Shiprocket Engage aims at broad communication and RTO reduction, vFulfill is likely specialized for COD fulfillment. Ultimately, the choice depends on a merchant's priorities. If the primary concern is reducing RTO losses through proactive customer communication and advanced automation tools, Shiprocket Engage may be considered, but the very low rating should serve as a warning. If a merchant is specifically involved in COD dropshipping and needs an application that manages fulfillment processes, vFulfill - COD Dropshipping, given its rating, is a much safer choice.

Our Verdict
Given the information available in 2026, vFulfill - COD Dropshipping is the far safer choice for merchants in the COD dropshipping niche. The significantly higher rating and higher number of reviews indicate a more reliable and satisfying user experience. Shiprocket Engage - Reduce RTO could be a viable option *if* the merchant is specifically struggling with high RTO rates and requires automated WhatsApp communication, and they are willing to risk potential usability or performance issues given the app's poor rating. However, potential users should investigate the reasons for the low rating before committing. It may be worthwhile to explore alternative RTO reduction apps before considering Shiprocket Engage. If merchants are not focused on the COD fulfillment model, a deeper review of alternative shipping apps is recommended.
