Our Verdict
For merchants handling significant order volumes, requiring discounted shipping rates, and seeking comprehensive fulfillment management (including inventory), ShipStation remains a strong contender despite the lower rating. Its automation and cost-saving capabilities can justify the initial learning curve.
However, for merchants primarily concerned with improving the post-purchase experience, reducing customer service inquiries related to order tracking, and leveraging tracking pages for upselling, Track123 Order Tracking is the more suitable choice. Its higher rating and focus on customer engagement suggest a better fit for businesses prioritizing customer satisfaction and repeat sales over back-end shipping efficiency.
