ShipX ‑ Shipping Rates & Rules vs Skydropx: Hub logísticofor Shopify (2026)
ShipX ‑ Shipping Rates & Rules and Skydropx: Hub logístico are both Shopify apps focused on providing custom shipping rates. ShipX positions itself as a comprehensive shipping rate calculator using advanced rules and AI-powered packaging to optimize shipping costs. It emphasizes features like rate blending, custom rates based on various criteria (customer, supplier, country, dimensions, carrier), and loss prevention through precise calculations by location and distance. It seems best suited to larger, more complex operations with diverse shipping needs. Conversely, Skydropx: Hub logístico, based on its name and limited data, appears to be a logistics hub, potentially geared towards merchants requiring more end-to-end shipping management in a specific geographic region (implied by the name's potential Spanish language origin). It lacks detailed feature information in the provided data, making a precise comparison challenging. The primary differentiator is the demonstrated sophistication and feature breadth of ShipX. It boasts a high rating based on a significant number of reviews (981), which suggests strong market validation. ShipX's description details advanced functionalities like AI-based packaging, origin-based rates for drop shipping, integration with various carriers (Starshipit, Sendle, USPS), and rate blending. In contrast, Skydropx, while having a respectable rating, has very few reviews (8) and lacks detailed information to directly compare its functionality to the granularity offered by ShipX. Without more data, it's difficult to definitively position Skydropx beyond being a logistics-focused app.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants needing a highly customizable and feature-rich shipping rate solution with advanced features like AI-powered packaging and rate blending, ShipX ‑ Shipping Rates & Rules is the clear choice. Its numerous positive reviews further bolster its reliability and effectiveness. Merchants with complex shipping requirements, drop shipping businesses, or those seeking tight control over shipping costs will benefit most.
Skydropx: Hub logístico, on the other hand, might be more suitable for merchants who need a regional logistics solution, but the lack of detailed information makes a strong recommendation difficult. The significantly lower number of reviews also makes it a riskier choice until more information on its features and capabilities becomes available. If a merchant primarily operates within a specific geographic region (potentially Spanish-speaking) and requires end-to-end logistics management, further investigation into Skydropx would be warranted, but ShipX provides a safer and more robust option for most.
