Shopify Collective: Supplier vs Zoko: WhatsApp CRMfor Shopify (2026)
Shopify Collective: Supplier focuses on expanding a supplier's reach by enabling other Shopify stores to sell their products. Its core strength lies in its direct integration with the Shopify ecosystem, allowing for seamless product sharing, inventory synchronization, and payment processing. It targets established suppliers looking to scale their sales channels without significant upfront investment. Zoko: WhatsApp CRM, on the other hand, is a customer relationship management tool centered around WhatsApp. While also fitting the "Selling Online - Other" category, its functionalities seem quite distinct, focusing on customer engagement and support via WhatsApp rather than sales channel expansion. The primary difference lies in their purpose. Shopify Collective: Supplier is a B2B sales channel expansion tool, facilitating partnerships between suppliers and retailers within the Shopify ecosystem. Zoko: WhatsApp CRM, however, serves as a communication hub, enabling merchants to manage customer interactions through WhatsApp. This suggests that while both cater to Shopify merchants, they address completely different aspects of running an online business – supplier expansion vs customer relationship management. One focuses on product distribution through partner networks, while the other focuses on customer service and engagement.
