Our Verdict
Shopify Email is the ideal choice for merchants who prioritize simplicity and seamless integration within the Shopify ecosystem. It's best suited for beginners and those with basic email marketing needs, especially if they are already invested in the Shopify brand and want tight integration. SendWILL is a more robust solution for merchants looking to actively grow their email list and automate their marketing efforts. Its comprehensive feature set, including pop-ups, spin-the-wheel games, and advanced automation flows, makes it a strong contender for merchants focused on scaling their e-commerce business, even if that means a slightly steeper learning curve or a need for more complex integrations.
