Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing internal order fulfillment processes and requiring precise control over printed documents, Shopify Order Printer provides the necessary customization options. However, its low rating and reliance on HTML/CSS/Liquid skills may present a challenge. Track123 is the clear choice for merchants aiming to improve the post-purchase experience, reduce customer inquiries about order status, and drive repeat sales. Its higher rating, larger user base, and no-code interface suggest a more user-friendly and effective solution for customer engagement.
Ultimately, the best choice depends on the merchant's specific needs. If document customization and internal efficiency are paramount, and technical skills are available, Shopify Order Printer might suffice. But for most merchants in 2026, especially those focused on customer satisfaction and growth, Track123's features and positive reviews make it the superior option.
