Shopney ‑ Mobile App Builder vs Stella Wishlistfor Shopify (2026)
Shopney ‑ Mobile App Builder and Stella Wishlist, while both boasting a perfect 5-star rating, cater to entirely different needs within the Shopify ecosystem. Shopney is a comprehensive mobile app builder aimed at transforming a merchant's store into a native iOS and Android application. Its value proposition centers around increasing sales, reducing ad spend through push notifications, and enhancing the shopping experience. Stella Wishlist, on the other hand, focuses solely on improving customer loyalty by enabling wishlisting functionality, though the limited data available makes definitive conclusions difficult. The disparity in review counts highlights the difference in user base and maturity. Shopney's 684 reviews suggest a well-established user base and substantial adoption, pointing to a more robust and feature-rich platform. Stella Wishlist, with a single review, is either a very new app or has a niche user base. Merchants should carefully consider this difference when evaluating the reliability and support offered by each app. Shopney emphasizes no-code app building, personalized shopping experiences, and integrations, making it ideal for stores seeking a mobile-first strategy. Stella Wishlist provides a wishlist functionality that can enhance the customer experience. Because only Stella Wishlist shares a Shopify category of Customer loyalty, it appears to be an option for merchants who want to improve customer loyalty. With a smaller number of reviews to go off of, this app may be a greater risk to integrate.

Our Verdict
For merchants looking to establish a strong mobile presence and significantly boost sales and engagement through a dedicated app, Shopney ‑ Mobile App Builder is the clear choice. Its no-code approach, extensive feature set, and large user base provide a compelling solution. The app also offers rich integrations.
Stella Wishlist might be a worthwhile option for merchants who want to implement a wishlist function in their store without the use of code. However, its limited reviews raise concerns. For most merchants, the risk of integrating this app will be too high because they do not know who is using this app, if the support team is reliable, or if it will successfully integrate.
