Our Verdict
The choice between Shortly and Ultimate Custom Order Status depends entirely on the merchant's needs. If the primary goal is to boost sales through affiliate marketing, Shortly is the clear choice. However, if the merchant struggles with managing complex order flows and wants to improve customer communication and reduce support tickets by giving customers real-time update information, Ultimate Custom Order Status is a better fit. The low review count for Ultimate Custom Order Status is worth noting; however, its perfect rating suggests strong initial satisfaction.
