Our Verdict
For merchants overwhelmed by sales tax complexities and seeking a fully managed solution, Sidr ‑ Sales Tax Automation is the clear choice. The higher rating and positive reviews suggest reliable service. However, for businesses comfortable managing their own compliance and prioritizing cost savings and a deep understanding of their tax obligations, TaxWatch provides valuable data and resources to support their efforts. The lack of reviews for TaxWatch makes it a riskier choice, but its feature set caters to a specific type of merchant. If you're happy to handle your own filings, TaxWatch is a potentially useful tool; if you want everything taken care of, Sidr is the better option.
