Our Verdict
Yagi Address Edit Helper appears to be a reliable and well-received app for solving the specific problem of customers needing to update their shipping addresses. The positive ratings and existing reviews suggest that it effectively addresses this pain point. It's a good choice for merchants who primarily experience address-related support requests.
Simesy Order Editing & Upsell, while offering a broader range of features, lacks any user reviews, making it a riskier choice despite its potentially greater functionality. If a merchant needs a comprehensive solution for order editing and is willing to be an early adopter and potentially troubleshoot issues, Simesy might be considered. However, given the absence of user feedback, it's advisable to proceed with caution and thoroughly test the app before fully integrating it into the store's workflow.
