Singleton | Verify Customers vs WaveSoft Discountfor Shopify (2026)
Singleton | Verify Customers and WaveSoft Discount address entirely different needs for Shopify merchants. Singleton focuses on access control and customer verification. It allows merchants to gate access to pricing and 'add to cart' functionality, requiring customer approval based on tags or individual reviews. This is ideal for businesses with wholesale components, membership programs, or those requiring restricted access for compliance reasons. WaveSoft Discount, on the other hand, targets sales optimization by making discounts visible on product pages rather than just at checkout. It aims to convert browsers into buyers by prominently displaying 'Compare At' prices, highlighting savings. This is particularly valuable for retailers running frequent promotions and wanting to maximize their impact. WaveSoft Discount boasts a simple, code-free installation with automatic discount application and scheduling features. Singleton, however, requires more configuration to set up custom registration forms and approval workflows.
