Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants in 2026, the choice is straightforward. If a merchant simply wants to offer basic welcome discounts and isn't concerned about advanced features or robust customer support, Singleton might suffice, although the extremely low rating and lack of reviews are significant red flags. However, for most merchants seeking to build customer loyalty, increase sales through personalized engagement, and leverage powerful marketing integrations, Swish is the clear winner. Its high rating, large number of positive reviews, extensive feature set, and free setup service make it a much more reliable and valuable option.
