Our Verdict
Based on the available data, Workflow Automation—React Flow appears to be the stronger option for merchants primarily focused on automating specific order-related tasks and enhancing customer interactions. Its significantly higher rating and greater number of reviews suggest a more positive user experience. For merchants selling across multiple marketplaces and requiring a full-fledged ERP solution with inventory, finance, and invoicing features, Sistema ERP da Olist might be considered, however, the low ratings should be a red flag requiring a thorough investigation and trial period.
Ultimately, the choice depends on the specific needs and priorities of the merchant. If comprehensive business management is paramount and price is not a deterrent, despite the lower ratings, Olist ERP might be a choice. But for most Shopify merchants looking to optimize their existing workflow, Workflow Automation—React Flow seems a better, safer option.
