Skroutz Connect vs Synkro: Inventory Syncfor Shopify (2026)
Skroutz Connect and Synkro: Inventory Sync, while both Shopify apps, cater to vastly different needs. Skroutz Connect focuses on enhancing product visibility on the Skroutz marketplace by generating an XML feed of product data. Its target audience is merchants who want to expand their reach and sales through the Skroutz platform. On the other hand, Synkro: Inventory Sync is designed for merchants managing multiple Shopify stores. Skroutz Connect prioritizes ease of use with its one-click setup and automated feed generation, focusing on the integration with a specific external platform. Synkro: Inventory Sync emphasizes configurability and control, with features like custom price rules and tag-based auto-cloning, essential for complex multi-store operations. Our Verdict
Skroutz Connect is the clear choice for Shopify merchants specifically targeting the Greek market and seeking to leverage the Skroutz marketplace. Its ease of setup and focus on Skroutz integration make it a straightforward solution for generating and managing a product feed. The limited number of reviews is a consideration, but the specialized functionality makes it valuable for the right merchant.
Synkro: Inventory Sync is the superior option for merchants operating multiple Shopify stores and needing to maintain consistent inventory, product information, and pricing across all their stores. The higher rating and significantly larger number of reviews suggest greater user satisfaction and reliability. While it might require more initial configuration, the real-time syncing and custom rule features provide significant long-term benefits for complex multi-store operations.
