Our Verdict
Smile: Loyalty Rewards Program is best suited for merchants who want to actively build and manage a loyalty program, rewarding customers for their engagement and purchases. Its comprehensive features and integrations make it ideal for businesses looking to increase customer lifetime value. In contrast, SureBright Product Protection is more suitable for merchants selling products where damage or loss is a concern, or those seeking to offer customers peace of mind with extended warranties and shipping insurance. It's a good option for merchants looking for a relatively hands-off way to increase customer trust and generate additional revenue. If a merchant is choosing between the two, they should focus on the core issue they are trying to solve; is it to increase loyalty through rewarding behaviors, or to increase customer trust and perceived value by offering product protection? If they can afford it, merchants can consider both for a comprehensive customer loyalty strategy, but the first should be Smile if building a points based loyalty program is the goal.
