Sortyfi Collection Merchandise vs ST: Product & Collection Sortfor Shopify (2026)
Sortyfi Collection Merchandise and ST: Product & Collection Sort both aim to help Shopify merchants merchandise their collections effectively. However, they appear to take vastly different approaches. Sortyfi emphasizes ease of use and manual product placement, touting itself as a tool for quick arrangement and optimized storefront layout. It focuses on streamlining sorting and filtering with a user-friendly interface. Conversely, ST: Product & Collection Sort focuses on automation driven by data analytics. It uses past order data and GA4 metrics to intelligently sort collections and automate merchandising decisions. ST: Product & Collection Sort caters to merchants seeking a more hands-off, data-driven approach to collection management, emphasizing increased revenue and reduced manual work. Its features like automated demotion of sold-out items and multi-segment sorting indicate a focus on optimizing for conversions and sales based on detailed performance metrics. Sortyfi, with its focus on 'efficient merchandise tool' and 'seamless merchandise management', seems to target merchants who prioritize manual control and visual arrangement within their collections. The stark difference in reviews and ratings suggests a significant disparity in user satisfaction and potentially the maturity of each application.

Our Verdict
Based on the available information, ST: Product & Collection Sort appears to be the stronger option for most Shopify merchants in 2026. The positive reviews and focus on data-driven automation suggest it provides a more effective solution for increasing revenue and reducing manual work. Its ability to use GA4 data and automate tasks like demoting sold-out items is particularly valuable.
Sortyfi Collection Merchandise, given its lack of reviews and unclear features, presents a significant risk. While it might suit merchants who explicitly prefer manual control and a simpler interface, the lack of social proof makes it difficult to recommend over the established and well-reviewed ST: Product & Collection Sort. Unless Sortyfi can demonstrate significant value with strong reviews and a clear differentiator, ST: Product & Collection Sort is the preferable choice for most merchants looking to optimize their collections in 2026.
