SP: Order on WhatsApp vs Trustoo Pop ups, Email Popupsfor Shopify (2026)
SP: Order on WhatsApp and Trustoo Pop ups, Email Popups are both Shopify apps aiming to improve sales, but they approach the problem with very different strategies. SP: Order on WhatsApp focuses on facilitating direct communication and negotiation with customers via WhatsApp, primarily by hiding product prices and encouraging quote requests. It aims to increase conversion by fostering personal interaction and building trust, especially useful for products with variable pricing or where a consultative sales process is beneficial. Trustoo Pop ups, Email Popups (also known as SendWILL/Ecomsend) concentrates on email list growth and automated email marketing, aiming to capture leads, nurture customers, and recover abandoned carts. It targets a broader audience, focusing on scalable marketing efforts. The 'Notifications' category in Shopify seems misleading, as only 'SP: Order on WhatsApp' leverages it directly, sending notifications via Whatsapp for quotes, while 'Trustoo Pop ups, Email Popups' uses it for email marketing-related notifications only. Trustoo Pop ups, Email Popups offers a comprehensive email marketing solution, including popups, email campaigns, automation, and customization. It targets businesses looking to scale their email marketing and automate customer interactions. SP: Order on WhatsApp serves a niche market of businesses that benefit from direct customer interaction and personalized quotes via WhatsApp. It is better suited for higher-value products, custom orders, or services where pricing is not fixed or where customer consultation is essential before making a purchase. While both apps have a 5-star rating, Trustoo Pop ups, Email Popups boasts a significantly larger number of reviews, suggesting a much wider user base and greater industry acceptance.
