Our Verdict
For merchants struggling with complex fulfillment scenarios involving multiple warehouses, suppliers, or product variations requiring specialized handling (e.g., personalized items, oversized goods), SplitOrder appears to be the superior choice. Its focus on automation and integration with ShipStation directly addresses these pain points. However, if a merchant's primary need is simply to extract order data efficiently for reporting or analysis, syncX: Easy Order Export may be a more streamlined option. Although it has a slightly lower rating, it also has significantly more reviews.
