Our Verdict
For general Shopify merchants seeking a comprehensive solution to boost AOV through various upsell strategies, customer engagement, and trust-building elements, Squid: Reviews, Upsells & 25+ appears to be the stronger choice, offering a wide array of features. However, for fashion retailers specifically, Taffi StyleGenie provides a more tailored solution with its AI-powered sales agent, conversational commerce, and personalized recommendations. If the primary goal is to provide personalized shopping experiences and guide customers toward finding the right fashion items, Taffi StyleGenie would be the better option. While Squid has more reviews, the smaller pool for Taffi suggests it may be newer or more niche.
